Course Description:

This course is designed to strengthen students’ abilities in reading, listening, speaking, writing, and critical thinking within a professional business context. Emphasis is placed on the communication skills required in modern commerce and office environments, including vocabulary development, grammar, and the effective use of language in professional scenarios. Students will engage with real-world business communication through case studies and practical exercises relevant to banking and financial services.

 

Course Objectives:

  • To develop, improve, and sustain effective oral and written communication skills.

  • To strengthen critical thinking for clear and purposeful communication in the business environment.

  • To understand the impact of effective communication on business efficiency and employee performance.
