STAGE II

This certificate course is designed for financial service professionals who have successfully completed Company Law, Practice, and Administration, Stage I and those professionals with relevant company law and corporate administration experience who wish to acquire more advanced knowledge for personal and professional skills development. The course has been specifically customized to provide participants with in-depth, experiential knowledge of and practical insight into company law principles, corporate and compliance best practices, wealth management planning (inclusive of taxation considerations), trust and corporate vehicles, and FATCA reporting requirements within the Bahamas’ financial services industry.
