In partnership with the Caribbean Association of Banks the Credit Skills Academy was established in 2015 as a specialized program designed to strengthen credit expertise across the Caribbean financial services sector.

There are two progression levels, with some candidates able to enter the Advanced Level without completing the Foundation level, depending on their seniority and professional experience. In addition, the Executive Level provides ongoing CPD and access to reference materials for senior professionals and decision- makers.
Foundation Level provides essential credit skills for frontline staff and early-career professionals.
