This Intermediate Human Resources Management course is designed to build upon the foundational knowledge of HR concepts and practices. The National Accreditation and Equivalency Council (NAECOB) is a statutory body established under the National Accreditation and Equivalency Council ACT of The Bahamas on the 4th of October, 2006; assented on 29th of December, 2006 and came into force 28th February, 2007.  NAECOB is responsible for registering and accrediting primary schools, secondary schools, post-secondary schools, and any institution that offers training in The Bahamas. The National Accreditation and Equivalency Council of The Bahamas began operation in 2016.
